Milestone-Based Projects

For projects divided into milestones:

  • Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Future unpaid milestones may be canceled

Delays & Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

  • Lack of communication
  • Delayed feedback or approvals
  • Failure to provide required content or information

Revisions Instead of Refunds

Instead of refunds, we may offer:

  • Revisions
  • Adjustments
  • Additional support

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed work
  • Delivered digital assets
  • Marketing services already executed (ads, SEO work, campaigns)

Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating disputes or chargebacks.
